I dunno what it could be, I was just driving and then all of a sudden my car shuts off. And when I put in a new fuse, it'll pop when I switch the key to the on position.

I left the car alone for a few hours and then it actually worked, for awhile. Now it keeps popping a new fuse everytime I put in a new one.

Sounds like it's shorting out somewhere, check over the circuit.

What year and model Celica do you have?

If you have an ST, it's probably the coil going bad, located in your distributor. Fairly common problem.

Any exposed wire can cause a short in the EFI. For example, a frayed wire going to any number of sensors can ground on the block causing the EFI short.

So check those wires!
