I bought a set of WEITEC coil springs for MR2, 35mm lowering...

Do they fit any Celica model or just MR2's?

I got them for a bargin price... :)

If they don't fit does anyone want them for, let's say.... 200 is that too much?

Im pretty sure the fronts will work no problem, but the backs I believe will not. You should test it out though?

But, think about the mr2 and the weight it has on all 4 corners. The 2 is going to be very light up front, considering there's no engine! So, it would seem that the front Mr2 springs might be a little to soft perhaps?

I wouldnt try it. If you do try to use those springs on a celica, im guessing the front end of the will just end up sitting on its wheels or if it does work you will end up with horrible handling and the fronts will rub under load due to the lighter mr2 springs being used on a heavy front end celica.

2 ricksta errm... aubout 50$ for a set of new aftermarket springs is a bargin, someone will buy them for sure... so, I invested the money in a certain plus... either way, I can't loose :)

2 Beams- yep, you are right... I totaly forgot that I have 15'' wheels... So by putting these on the car will be too low... Low Rider... :) Yeah!

2 Sean - Yes, the MR has a 50-50 balance (if I am not mistaken), while the Celi has what... 60-40 or something an it is much heavier... Probably something could be done with it, but I think I am going to leave it be... save them for mine MR2 2nd gen... when I find one in a good state and when I will have the money to buy it... :)

Anywayz I wanted to ask if someone did this allready... Seems to me it is a bad idea... Thanx
