I did the 3s swap and my car was an auto that I swaped to a manual and the car has power and all but will not crank. Has anyone done a 3sgte swap into a auto car before? What did you guys have to do to get the car to crank over?

like i said on 6gc... check to make sure you installed a clutch start switch ...if you didnt, youll have to bypas the wiring to make the car think the switch is pressed down all the time

OT but I read your thread on MR2OC and I feel really bad for you.
Wish you luck with the swap.

So I finally get my clutch safety switch thing figured out, and then I find a loose wire that goes to my ignitor, so I solder that up then I give it another go. And nothing arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggg................. So I call dave up and ask him what to do, he says check for spark yada yada yada.... and about this time I realize that retarded me didn't plug the ignitor back in when I was testing that wire. So I plug it back in hop in and try it, it fires a litttle arrrrrrrrggggggggg...... So I try a few more times and put put put put sound like a harley but its idling at about 500 rpm's.

J/k about selling my car by the way it runs well sorta, Dave says I have a vacuum leak probably somewhere. So after talking to Dave I started thinking wonder if I have a CEL so I start it up again and I do. I have code 21, 2 flashes and 1 pause anyone know what this code means?

Also can anyone help me with the routing of the vacuum hoses so i can make sure I have them all hooked up and going to the right places.

Today musta been a good day for swaps, I finallly got mine to run, and that guy with the beams got his to run.

Glad to hear you got it going! Code 21 is the 02 sensor signal.

Dr. Tweak could that cause the problems that I am having?

Code 21 should not cause any problem except bad gas mileage.

Well I think its related because I am only running on cyl. 1 and 2, I think I have a bad cap and rotor, plug wires or clogged injectors.
